adjustments from the Fly Friendly Program incorporated into the INM runstream*.
b) Review and discussion of comparative Baseline NEM (for 1999) without
adjustments for the Fly Friendly Program; approval as comparative NEM only.
c) Review and approval of Forecast NEM (for 2004) with noise profile adjustments
from the Fly Friendly Program incorporated into the INM runstream, and with NCP
measures applied to the impact analysis.*
